To complete registration, please:

  3. Turn in registration form by mail or online below
  4. Send a deposit ($200 per class or camp or total amount of 1-day workshop, to be deducted from cost of class) by mail or by Paypal.com below.

Confirming availability of class: Important: You must confirm availabilty before registering as the classes are very small and fill up fast. (If the class is “full” or “wait list,” register as a “wait list” on registration form and do not send deposit. We will contact you whether or not a spot becomes available.) By phone: The fastest way to confirm a spot is to check availability by phone. Call 972-788-1150. Online: You may also confirm availability online by emailing harttandsoul@aol.com . After confirming availability of class, you must (1) read terms & conditions (below) (2) fill out a registration form online (below) or by mail / fax (email or call to request a form be sent to you) (3) send in a deposit by mail or online (below).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

(PLEASE PRINT THESE TERMS FOR YOUR RECORDS) If you are under 18, you must have a guardian submit this form.

By filling out and submitting the form below, I agree to pay the full amount required for each 6-week or weekend session or 1-week camp that I take at Hartt & Soul (wait-listing excluded). If I complete at least 1/2 the course and am dissatisfied, I may request a refund in writing (providing there is a reasonable basis for the dissatisfaction) no later than the fourteenth day of the conclusion of the course. If I give 48 hours cancellation notice before a class (or make any arrangements beforehand with Hartt & Soul), I may apply unused portions of my deposit or payments toward another Hartt & Soul session or camp. Or if I cancel before a course begins and request a refund in writing, I may receive a full refund. If no cancellation notice is given before a session and no written request for a refund is made within fourteen days of course completion, I forfeit the right to apply payments toward another session and agree to pay in full all funds outstanding. In all cases, by submitting the form below, I agree to pay in full for all classes which I have completed (or which I have not completed but have not cancelled within the required cancellation period or requested a refund in writing as per this agreement.)

The price per session or camp is agreed upon herein (unless previous arrangements have been made):

  • Beginner-Star I-Organic & Natural, or Star II-In-Depth Character Study – $435
  • 6 Week On-Camera  – $345
  • 1-Day Workshops – $60-$95
  • Camps – $450

  • 6 Weeks Classes & Workshop Intensives – Full payment is due in advance to hold your spot.
