I will teach a new lesson each webinar. I send out an email with the homework assignment a week before the webinar and demonstrate how to do it on the webinar. Then, I turn the cameras on and work with individuals. You can ask to participate or just observe and not turn on your camera. Some folks prefer sending me a video of their doing the lesson later for my critique.
